Gadget 360 currently accepts Cash on Delivery (COD).

The amount due should be paid when your parcel is delivered. Please ensure that your contact details and delivery address are correct and that someone is available to receive the order.

Any additional payment methods will be displayed on our website if they become available.

7. Shipping and Delivery

We aim to serve customers across Pakistan, subject to product availability and delivery-service coverage.

Our usual estimated delivery timeframe is 4–7 business days. This is an estimate and is not a guaranteed delivery date.

8. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

Return requests, refunds, replacements, and cancellations are handled under the applicable policies published on our website.

Our return policy provides a seven-day request window, subject to its stated conditions and applicable law.

9. Third-Party Fulfillment

Gadget 360 uses HHC Dropshipping for product fulfillment arrangements.

The use of a fulfillment provider may affect product availability, processing, shipment tracking, and return procedures. We will communicate relevant information where necessary.

Our use of a fulfillment provider does not remove our responsibility to respond to customer enquiries and handle customer-facing order issues.
